For standard jobs, we aim to schedule within 24–48 hours. Emergency repairs are typically on-site within 2 hours via WhatsApp. Preventative plan clients receive priority response SLAs.
Are your tradespeople vetted and insured?+
Yes — every RSM tradesperson is fully vetted, reference-checked, and carries public liability insurance. All electrical and plumbing work is done by registered professionals (PIRB/ECSA).
Do you offer monthly maintenance plans?+
Yes. Our preventative maintenance plans are available on monthly or annual retainer. They include scheduled inspections, priority response, and discounts on reactive work.
How does the owner portal work?+
When you sign up, we create your property profile and give you portal access. You can log in any time to see active jobs, approve quotes, download invoices, and chat with your account manager.
Which areas do you service?+
We primarily service the Western Cape including Cape Town, Stellenbosch, Somerset West, Paarl, and surrounds. Contact us to confirm your specific area.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept EFT (bank transfer) and major credit/debit cards. Payment is processed through your owner portal after you digitally sign off on a completed job.
