A maintenance contract is a monthly subscription where RSM handles a defined set of property maintenance services for a fixed monthly price. You sign up, we schedule everything automatically, you pay one debit order, and your property is maintained. No booking required each month. No surprise invoices. One team, one contact, one invoice.
You receive a WhatsApp message 3 days before every scheduled visit confirming the date and time. After each service, you receive a photo report via WhatsApp within 24 hours showing exactly what was done. All reports, invoices and job history are also in your RSM client portal, accessible from your phone at any time.
Yes. Contracts require 30 days written notice to cancel. There are no penalty fees, no lock-in beyond the notice period, and no complicated exit process. WhatsApp us on 060 844 1615 and we handle the rest.
Your monthly rate is fixed after the site visit. It does not change unless you request additional services or upgrade your plan. We review pricing annually with 30 days notice of any adjustment. You will never receive a surprise invoice for services covered under your contract.

Materials for any repair work are costed transparently in the quote you receive before work starts. The quote shows labour and materials as separate line items so you know exactly what you are paying for. RSM does not mark up materials — you pay cost price plus a standard handling fee. All repair invoices are available in your client portal immediately after the job is complete.
Cape Town properties vary enormously in size, access difficulty, outdoor complexity and surface condition. A fixed website price either underquotes (we absorb the loss) or overquotes (we lose you as a client). We quote accurately after a free site visit — usually within 3 to 5 days of your enquiry.
